These are all the components which require chroming and the small section on the R/H/S which are eigther stainless steel or Aluminium which will need a careful polish. Today was a day of stripping down the suspension. I found one of the front spindles was badly bent and was causing some wear. Luckily my father-in-law had a spare set which are in good condition. As you can see I ground off the front mud-guard top bracket which I noticed was Aluminium. So I'm going to polish this up. They were always painted from the factory. Seems an over-sight to me and a waste of a good detail.
