1998 KTM 300 MXC, with lots of recent overhauling. The bottom end and the top end were replaced, with the Cylinder being resleeved, with a steel, and exhaust port was port blended. Crank case was retrued or decked and machined for a proper seal and fit. The Crank was balanced and trued, and the Rod was replaced with a HOT-ROD that was lightened and also balanced. The Piston is a Weisco Pro-lite that was properly fitted correctly with the cylinder, with also again proper ring gapping. The cylinder jug it self was decked and also the head only a couple thousandths, to make it a little more efficient. I just replaced the front expansion pipe, with a PRO-CRCUIT Nickel series, and jetted correctly. The original had a hole in it from the previous owner. Has a Brand New rear Tire and bearings never even ridden on, the only time it saw dirt was to seat the bead. Oh and I replaced the stock handle bars w/ wide grip Moose Racing bars, and having a 5 gallon tank you could ride for hours. Over all the best part about this MX Bike is that it is ROAD LEGAL. ido lot of dual sport riding, The bike itself has some minor blemishes, but had a lot professional machine time, and assembly work.
