I got this 1949 AJS in milk crates, I checked the top-end, mucked with the magneto and with a carb off a 2 stroke trail bike the engine is on a bench and now runs like a baby. I've stripped the frame down and it's nearly ready for bead blasting and baked enamel. I hope to get a video of the motor running on here soon.
