1996 Triumph Adventurer. 21,000 miles. Later mods: 1994 Kawasaki ZX7 rear shock, 1998 Thunderbird bars, Home made highway pegs, LED indicator bulb replacements, charcoal filter and entry screen removed from secondary air box. The motor on this bike is extremely smooth and powerful. The leg room is a bit cramped. The stock rear shock was very harsh and unadjustable except for spring preload. The alternator dive shaft bolt broke at 21,000 miles (inducing severe vibration at 2700 RPM). The replacement (kit) was an upgraded design and cost around $90. I was surprised that my not-so-local Triumph dealer had one in stock. Installation was tricky, but not difficult.
