I started riding in Swaziland(Southern Africa). A friend of mine at the time, Graeme Craigie and his brother Michael taught me how to ride. Thanks guys. There was another mate of mine who still rides and heavily involved in Swaziland´s riding Association, Ralph Nkambule, nice guy, he used to let me ride his bike, back then I couldn´t afford a bike and my old man wouldn´t buy one for me. Well fast forward to now, I live in British Columbia, Canada, on the West Coast, Vancouver Island. There is some nice riding here, and the weather is good to ride year round!! I got back into riding 5 years ago after taking sometime off to go to school and earn some money. I ride for fun but do the occasional race here and there in Motocross. Cheers to you all. Yamaha259. PS. James "Bubba" Stewart has been inspirational in my continuing to ride as a black male. There aren´t many blacks let alone visible minorites in this sport. Nice to have someone to look up to and who is doing so well. Update: Moved to Alberta. Still riding the 2005 YZ250F, riding season is not as long, similar to the US mid West climate in the winter.
