I have owned this bike for over 10 years now, and I just see no reason to go out and buy a newer or faster one. I bought this bike in German, and was on the Autobon often. I did manage to peg it out at 115 mph, but only did that once. At 115 the bike is right at red line. After returning from Germany I put my bike in the shop and had 600.00 worth of work done. New gaskets, valve adjusted, it was running awesome. 3 days after getting it out of the shop it was stolen. 2 guys out fishing saw a mirror sticking out the water of a small pond about 2 miles from my apartment. They hooked onto it with a truck and drug it out of the water. After working on the bike for about 8 hours I had it running again. Mostly just changing the oil over and over until it didnt cloud up anymore. I just replaced the regulator, battery, and head light. After sitting for just under 2 years not being driven, The bike started and ran like a champ. I love my bike, I´ll never trade it in.
