My DAD bought this bike new in March 1978. Rode it for 3 years then wraped it up in 1980 stuck it in the garage for the next 25 years and there it sat till 2005 upon his death. I then did some work on it, got it back in perfect order and here it now is, THE LOWEST MILEAGE 1978 Z1R in THE WORLD 4,336 ORIG MILES. After reregistering it I put his initials on the plate in front of Z1R for his memorial- RAD Z1R Which worked out good since RAD was a term used in the 70´s. Bike runs good and I LOVE it...
