I own two bikes and love the XTs for their simplicity yet reliabilty and fun to ride. The 250 gets me to work in the hills everyday through twisty country roads, while the 500 is a long term restoration - she runs quite nicely and only has 40k on the clock. The tank, fenders and side panels are currently being repainted.
