Often a mobile spectator aboard Ducati during my racing career, I presently recapture my youth aboard old Ducs and Ossa´s. I believe the 125 /160 engine was T´s best effort, the desmo engines are complicated, expensive and pointless and that Giro´s creations were the best of the Catalan machinery. I also believe John Taylor was a genius who changed the American motorcycle industry for the better and that the Berliner brothers, well you know that story. I presently own two Ducati 160 cafe bikes, a 200 cafe bike, a 64 Diana race bike (4 speed) and a 64 Diana MK III race bike ( 5 speed) and a 70 250 wc cafe bike. I have a 73 MAR and a 74 Explorer. My top 5 bikes of all time ( rated by perfection in purpose and appearance). 1. 1964 Ducati Diana MK III 5 speed and NO battery( not the Mark III version of the Mach 1). 2. 1973 Ossa MAR. 3. 1965 Triumph Bonneville TT Special 4. 1968 CZ 360 high pipe. 5.2004 harley XLCH
