50 years old, my first bike was a 69 Honda mini-trail (wish I had that now seeing what they go for) I graduated to a series of dirt bikes then to a Honda cb360T which I rode a few years, most of my riding has been off road on a yamaha 350 up in the Adirondack mountains, Im currently in the process of putting my 78 Honda CB550k Four back in showroom condition, it belonged to a buddy of mine who passed away 2 years ago, he bought the bike new, put 4800 miles on her, then in 83 put her in storage, in 79 & 80 we sort of shared that bike, he dumped it once and was snake bitten, so he was a little nervous about getting back on, so I put alot of those 4800 miles on her, I took her out yesterday and it's definately not like tearing up the dirt off road, which is what I've been doing most of my life since 83, I guess it's time to re-learn how to ride on the road...
Not much needs to be done on the bike, rust got the exhaust (Need new, any ideas?), she fired right up after changing the oil and flushing the tank and carbs, somehow while in storage, the tank got scuffed up, so that'll be re painted, some chrome polish, and the spring can't come soon enough.
