My friend Greg and I just completed the Saddle Sore 1000-mile ride in August. It took us 19.5 hours and we rode 1049 miles. We rode from Allentown, Pa to Bristol, TN. then back. Now we are members of the Iron Butt Association. I rode my 2002 Suzuki GSF 1200s; he rode a Kawasaki Concourse. We left at 2am and made it back at 9:30.
