I bought my first bike for commuting, a 2008 Honda CBR 125 on March 27th of 2009. By July 2009 I'd put on 12,000kms, fallen in love with motorcycles, and decided it was time to upgrade. On July 15th I bought my 2nd bike, a 1990 Kawasaki EX500 with only 9000kms on it. 6 days later I got a job offer in BC, so I rode the bike there and rode it back through the US once the contract was over (in November). After 21,000kms on the EX, I decided to purchase a newer EX500. On March 25th of 2010 I purchased a 1998 Kawasaki Ninja 500 with only 6000kms on it. Hopefully this riding season I'll have the opportunity to ride 33,000kms like last year - like my first season of riding.
