Umm....... I'm just in it for the ride i have always whanted to drive and thats somthing I need to do. You see i had those little power wheels when i was like 5... then i was hooked i was allways the kid that couldent play sports so i needed power sports then in 2006 i got a sled a 1992 safari glx then this year my dad bought a 2006 gtx (rev) and i love it. So now i needed sumthing for my summer months. my 100xr was actualy my grandpas it sat under his deck since 1991 soo when i heard he had it I asked him for it. Of course it didn't start.... the jet was oversized(in the carb) so I took the 1.5 hr drive to the honda dealer to pick one up. I get home andf instal it.... then i go for my first ride isn't it fun driving for the fist time with a clutch I wheelied off the line and almost hit a tree. A week later i was out with my cousen he has a 2006 Baja 250 wilderness, and my front tire blows out me being a first time rider I didn't notice. (stupid me I thought it was the wet so i lost traction) So the first tire change me beeing a newb I thought oh I'll just cut thru the tire well let me tell you 1 and aa half hours later I finaly chop thru it. the next day iI take it out for a ride me thinking thank god I never have to change a tire again the rear blos out on my shift from 1st to 2nd. I cange that tire (while puinching the tube mind you) so im all ready right? 2 brand new tires and a carb make over....... I think not 2 weeks later on the trail with my cousen again he notices a wable in my back tire... I stop. The sight I saw when i lookeed at the back wheel was lethal i was rideing on 7 spokes out of some odd 20. I immediately headed home. Have you ever tryed to instal spokes? If you have the money get it done at a shop I spent about 5 hours with my dad in total taking spokes off and on again trying to make it look like a wheel I finaly fix the wheel and put the tire back on (another tire change lmao). so im defintily set right? wrong I finish that job and then it wont start. thats right 300$ worh of new parts not starting 8-( so i trouble shot then cranked then trouble shot then cranked for 7 hrs straight took a tourch to the spark plug hole and the plug its self. then i try grounding the plug and leting it fire no way after 7 hrs it was the stupid spark plug so i cange it start it up and run it for 3 days or so then it dies i change the plug again and run it for another 3 days or so then it dies again and thats where I'm at right now a dead 1982 100xr sitting in the garage hungering to run. I love working on it NOT! soo shes up again turns out my plugs were gone again... so i bought a 6 pack LEEROYY!!!
