I happened upon a 1971 Norton Commando 750 in February of 2003. It was a bare frame with boxes of parts scattered in my uncle´s garage. My dad had given it to him 10 years prior and it was now brought to my attention by my uncle. He had finished rebuilding the bottom end but got distracted from rebuilding the bike so it was now considered to be my next project. It took me 18 months to rebuild but it was worth every minute. I have since sold the bike but it was definitely an awesome experience.
