im marion 19yrs old from the Philippines and we race scooters.. we do 13.2sec on a quarter mile with just using ordinary pump gas..our scooter is a 1988 honda dio2 engine in a yamaha frame,full race setting.. we love to compete with older guys cause our scooter is often faster than them..haha Theres is really a lot of racing events held here in the Philippines and people are very cpmpetitive when it comes to racing..
