Started riding early this year. LOVE IT. Own a 2003 zzr 250. Its not the fastest 250 but its pretty damn comfortable compared to others. Modified it a little bit. 1- Put the rear turn signals into the fairing (not a big deal but looks much better). 2- Put 18 blue LEDs within the fairing (near ventilation holes) of the bike so it lights up nicely at night (Kinda illegal but since when does that REALLY matter?) Will have pictures soon :) Plan to make ´blow-off´ type effect (with a twist ;) some time around decemeber (2003). You might wonder why the fuck would anyone bother for just a zzr250? Well, I´m stuck with it till I get a full licence so I´m making the most of it. Oh yeah and if anyone can recommend a loud aftermarket exhaust system I´d appriciate it. The only pipes I´ve found that are made for a zzr250 are MAGNUM and FORMULA ONE... Thinking of going for the MAGNUM one some time in december too. NEED MONEY. 03.11.03 - Still NEED MONEY. Will post pics soon - Some time this week hopefully. Thinking of selling my baby and buying an RVF400. If I do this, it will most likely happen around Dec/Jan, when I get some money together :) I´ll be sure to keep my audience of 0 updated. 17.7.2004 - Crazy year... still have the ZZR... was involved in an accident in march. Not my fault, every damaged part got replaced for new... not that anything apart from a bit of fairing got damaged... a dodo turned into me at low speeds... Just got it serviced for 6000km. Bike is in perfect condition. Thinking of selling it but in no rush cause its loads of fun to ride. Wouldn´t really sell it for anything less than $8K (new RRP is something like 9,490?)... put too much love into it and even though its only a lil 250 i´d hate to sell it to some hero that will wrap it around a pole... Oh yeah, ALMOST have enough money to modify exhaust. The blow-off idea would cost to much but I will do it when i get a bigger bike... bah... meh.. gah...
