I remember buying two Triumph Tiger Cubs for £14..Being given a 250 BSA and buying my first Honda. A CB 250 gold over white...Loved that bike. Later upgraded to a CB 400/4 mmm..Back to biking after a long break, to a Honda Pacific Coast, to a 96 Honda VFR 750..great bike..and a classic. Then made the mistake of riding a friends Blackbird. It made such an impression, I had my own within two weeks..Love it..Just nothing like it..try one. The eating is in the pudding...so to speak..*****Power Commander fitted...Super sounding Beowolf Slipons, few we bits of carbon..few anodised blue footpegs, bar ends and screen trim...Perfect..Showroom Condition******Alas...Took it to Dublin to see British Superbikes at Mondello Park..July 2003. Stopped in Quality Inn Nass Road...Chained, alarmed, disklock.HISS system......Went out at 9am and Big Blue was gone...along with a new VFR 800...Should have known better really...If you have anything of value...leave it at home...Least the thieving bastards had taste...hope it gets a good home..
