I love my Blackbird and think it´s the ultimate super tourer, running 933 kms, 9 stops (re-fueling, smoke-breakes ,leg stretches for the wife and breakfast included) is done in 8 hours, and this is not pushing it. This trip was done in September 2004 and 2005. Will not change to an other bike. I had my West resprayed to Camel, still the same bike, 100 000 km on the clock.
