Photo Info: you wouldnt belive how solid this bridge was built. Why would it be in the middle of nowhere, and built so well and solid for i ask? My grandfather says that a train used to come through here to that small town ahead. He says there is alot of wildlife back here, because he used to hunt on this trail. We only saw aobut 7 deer and they weren''t afraid of us back here. I know theres black bears here and am told theres big timberwolves and wolverines. There is actually a man that lives back here, and he farms wild rice out of a huge, shallow lake. Called rice lake. He''s older, and told me that him and his wife were walking, and ran into a pack of wolves. He isn''t afraid of them. He says the only time to be afraid is in winter when their hungry. I''ve only seen their footprints in the trail, they have massive paws. i was surprised. |
