I am a 21 year old who lives up in the hills of Santa Margarita, CA. There are many roads up there to ride as fast as you can handle. Not much runoff if you happen to dish it. Barbed wire 10 feet from the road, errant soccer moms on a personal mission to drive on the wrong side of the road. A cop every few days, but common sense and judgment are the main limiting factors. I am always on the lookout for people of any age or gender to ride with. The remainder of San Luis Obispo county is blessed with an almost endless supply of curvy goodness (sans barbed wire) allowing one to smear a grand worth of dunlop over them every year. I also take the jaunt to Laguna Seca every year and camp out with friends for the weekend. Lots of other interests too. Not enough room to list them all.
