Information: I exchanged my Hyosung GT250 Comet with this bike. Although the GT250 was less than 1 year old, I exchanged it for this one. The main reason was, I owned a Suzuki DR250 previously and I couldn''t get used to the hard ride that the GT250 offers when compared to the soft comfortable ride of a dirt bike!
This TTR 250 is a 1993 model. I haven''t yet driven it except to get it checked at the authorities in order to register it. It has a SUPERTRAPP (EAR) aftermarket muffler installed, which makes a pretty cool sound and I think also increases a bit on the power developed by the engine.
The bike also has an aftermarket alien style headlamp (which at the moment doesn''t work really well - meaning I have to fix it!)
