Information: These Suzuki GS500E''s are great starter bikes. Back in the mid 90''s, this was a super bike to start out with. Even though I was an avid rider of motorcycles, I wanted to start off slow. I didn''t go wrong here. I bought this bike from a Honda dealership when it was two years old. It only had 2,200 miles on it and I paid $2300 for it. It even came with an aftermarket Yoshimura exhaust system! I owned this motorcycle and rode it daily for a little over three years. The bike was great and I never had a problem with it. I didn''t penny into it. All, I did was change the oil when needed. Even better when I sold it, I actually got more than I paid for it three years earlier! (sold it for $2600)
