Information: This is my Yamaha Dt 125 R..I bought it In March 2002. It was all red and white, the first thing I did is I changed the seat cover from red to black. Then I bought a new light mask and some more new plastics, unfortunately the mask is not included in the old pictures.I also bought a new Giannelli Aluminium Silencer.I decided to paint the rest of the exhaust to match the silencers colour. I got my drivers license in June and was happy with my bike for a while..One sunny day I decided to paint my bike for a nice metallic look. Now you can see the new paintjob I made, it required over 12 hours of work (10 hours a row with just dinner and couple of coffee breaks) and a lot of patience. I have bought loads of new plastics and also these nice handshields from polisport. The key was to get rid of the ugly 80`s look.Im looking for a 32-35 mm mikuni carburettor which im going to install instead of this 28 mm which my bike originally has.. The white bike in the gallery is how my bike looked before I painted it and installed some new plastics.Just for a comparison. And just to let you know, I dont know why my pictures appear to be here as double?
