I´m 15 and ride a 2003 kx125 and am going to start racing. I have very high expectations of myself for when I start. I´d like to do well and move up to intermediate after my first year. Work is only whatever I can find at the moment, picking peas,beans,berries,apples anything I can do to pay for my riding. If I can move up to intermediate fairly fast I´m going to look for local then larger sponsors. I´ve only been serious about my riding since I got my bike in may. Since I´ve got it I can do whips,30foot doubles and am able to clear a 50 foot table. Not sounding like much but when you´ve only driven a big bike for 4-5 months and are 5´2" it´s a challenge just to swing your leg over it! My worst nightmare is waking up one day and realizing that i´m 80 and 90% of my life is gone and all I have to look forward to is the yummy apple sauce my nurse is going to bring me at 12:30 with my mashed potatoes and chicken and the realization that I´m going to die without leaving any mark on society or not having any exciting memories. Thats what I think about every time I´m speeding at a jump at 50mph and thinking about backing out.I´d rather break my leg and have a story to tell for the rest of my life then be chicken and regret it my whole life.
